The Prospectors Saga
aka Chemical Reaction/Sons of the Prospectors
The Prospectors Saga was initially meant to be a three-part series of mods for Fallout: New Vegas consisting of three different stories that all tied together.

In the first part, Chemical Reaction, the player was to be tasked by "Mad Marty", aka Dr. Martin Ericsson, in assisting with creating a special formula for a client meant to reverse ghoulification, a task meant only for the maddest of scientists.
​
The second part, Nevada Raceway, was meant to make use of the empty space near the Ivanpah Dry Lake. In that story, the player would have been able to meet four distinct tribes of wastelanders that took over an old mega-racetrack south of Las Vegas, where they would have had the choice of siding with any of the four tribes, or alternately, taking over the territories for themselves. Nevada Raceway was never developed beyond a concept.

The third and final part of the saga, Sons of the Prospectors, would have seen the player assisting a man named Finch Howley on a series of bounties, including a familiar face, leading to a series of events that threatened not only the Mojave, but the entire world.
